I thought Randy Quaid was dead...Am I crazy?

I swear to the lord almighty that I saw a quick news cast saying Randy Quaid was dead. I looked like an ass last night when I was so convinced he was dead and was telling my friends that it was a fact. A quick log onto the internets and I see he is still alive. Am I the only one that heard he died or am I just crazy? if so, know any good mental hospitals?

and the reason we were talking about Randy Quaid (which seems lame on so many levels) is because we were casting my girlfriends family for a movie and talking about which actor would play which family member... When his name came up, because her uncle looks like Randy, I said he was dead.
