I wonder if people here could recommend what they feel are the top 3 iconic Heath Joker photos and maybe explain why. It can be from any source including screencaps, promotional posters, or photoshoots. Thanks

Well, my top 3 personal favorites:

1st. Him on the street corner holding the blue bag and mask from the opening scene.

2nd. That first picture of Heath with the makeup that was released. You know the closeup of his face.

3rd. Sitting in the jail cell with his hands on his knees.

Thanks for the contributions...hope to get more!

The pic I chose is The Joker looking back while standing forward. It's just so creepy because for me it symbolizes the chaos he's created and the anarchy he will or plans on creating.

Always loved this one, too:

Oh man, I remember when that first hit. Up until that, we had only gotten the concept picture. I was surprised at how the character looked and initially wasn't that thrilled. But day after day, I damn near studied that thing, an eventually came around to like it. Then the picture above was released and my jaw dropped.

We got the face, the hair, the jacket, a glove, and a knife in his hand up against Rachel's face. It was then that I was completely on the look of the character. The picture was so great, that everyone after it just wasn't as good. It's not my favorite picture anymore, but probably my favorite memory from the marketing.

I can't believe people still debated about whether Joker wore makeup or was permawhite after the release of that picture. Actually it should have been obvious from the beginning with the first released close-up pic.

This has always been my favorite picture. The makeup is not too heavy and not too light. The smile is perfectly demented. The hair is brushed back and not combed over (which is how it should've been throughout the entire movie, but that's merely my opinion).

i have a large poster of that :D i got it on ebay which is where i get most of my Joker things

I've actually been looking for a large poster of that picture. Unfortunately the only one I've seen is a poster like that with a bunch of graphics added to it of Joker cards etc.

thats the one i do have; i was going to order it from Needham Market, UK but i found one in Ohio so i got that one *i live in Washington state*; theres a lot of awesome joker posters from Needham Market, UK and if you are interested in browsing for one go to ebay.com and search iPosters under sellers i know the owner hes awesome *by email only* and he says if you live in the US to only order from his shop through Ebay and paying through Paypal *its free* because he worries about our Credit Card #s traveling such a long distance

Hi there, thanks for the info. Does he have that poster without all the extra graphics added to it? I just feel it ruins the shot. Thanks

Well, I suppose you can say there are no "adorable" pics of him. :hehe:

Even though this is probably not an actual photo of Heath on set, this is probably my favorite image of the Heath Joker ever produced.
