Reminds me of this film I watched Thurseday night on TCM. I don't know what the hell it was. Some whiney sounding dude with a fro is called from a dude who tells him his just broken up girlfriend was attractive and wanted to go out with er. He ranted on and kept saying, "Jesus Christ, etc" Her name was Mary I believe.

He drives around for no reason, takes his date around for a drive and takes her back toher house, has to get healthy so he takes pills and buys expensive gym wear he never planned on getting, and he slep in his car telling himself not to have sex.

What the hell is this film? It was funny.

...calls your girlfriend cute while the two of you are playing pool as he waltzes by her on the other side of the table and you didn't hear him but she says he said that...what do you do? Nothing? Or talk to the guy?

How about 20 minutes later when he's leaving he calls her sexy...you also don't hear this...on his way out?

Keep in mind, the two of you haven't kissed or done anything really "relationship like" in the billards building so it may or may not look like you two are friends.

The story makes it sound like a passing comment, not that he's hitting on her or anything. So I'd let it go. Now if he was really hitting on her, then I'd make it known she isn't available.

Haha, no. He's never done such a thing. I vaguely recall this one time we were at a bar and some drunk guy behind us put his hand on my butt, and I kinda hoped the ABM would come out, but alas

why bother? Take it as a compliment! If she starting flirting back...than you have something to worry about. What would you do in that case? Ask your girl "wth was that?" Really, all the guy is doing is complimenting your taste in women.
