actually there probably 21... Harry was drinking you know, and this is 2 years after spidey one... and he graduated (most graduate at 18) and then he was in his first year of college (most are 19 by then)

your right, but not for the MJ part, Kirsten is a very good actress, but she really sux as MJ, if you go watch virgin suicides, small soldiers, jumanji, bring it on, and crazy beautiful and compare it to MJ in spidey one and 2, you will be like wtf? Kirsten just simply does not have her heart in it. and any actress could play her part that she has done...

ya but a lot turned it down (not knowing how much of a success it would be) but i think what really got her not into it anymore was because i think she hates Tobey now

Carmen Electra is the spitting image of Mary Jane ,specially when the Spiderman comics was drawn by the Romitas
she's a bit too old to play Mary Jane now .
and beside...even though I think she's beautiful and all ,

Well the part kind of sucks but I don't think that has anything to do with it at all. She's just not that great an actress. I think this may actually be more her personality than anything else because I didn't necessarily notice these things when she was young. She's got odd habits and mannerisms in the way she expresses emotion thru her face and in the way she delivers her lines depending on the scene.

I haven't seen any convincing arguments on this forum for why Lohan should play MJ other than that she "looks" like her.
