My fave of all the eras. It was what Stan Lee and Ditko were trying to present. Parker as the everyman not the GQ man. But I still like all the eras after that.

lohan on the other hand i havent ever seen her look bad, she really is a party girl, she also has a no good father who only wants to be in her life for the money. Still sounds more like MJ to me....

Kirsten's Mary Jane just doesnt come off as a girl you could fall in love with. Maybe if Eliza Dushku had played the "REAL" Mary Jane then it would of been believable. I was watching "The New Guy" movie(which sucked by the way) and I saw the Mary Jane elements when she was playing the popular chick. I would of loved to see her play Mary Jane, and yes even over Jessica Biel. But for Lohan, she's hot but there's no attraction. She seems kind of fake especially in that video she has with her t1t cleavage showing. She's too Teeny Boppish just like Britney Spears and Christina. You dont really have to be the good girl Hilary Duff type to still be a Teeny Poper Pop star. For god sakes man Lohan SCREAMS TEENY BOPPER. Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen? That new Love Bug movie? I hope to god she's not ins a spider-man movie. Have the teeny bopper brat pack of the new millenium out of any superhero movie, please.

I would of also preferred Scarlett Jo hansen as Mary Jane. But I seriously cant see Lohan as Mary Jane. She may have the looks but she has her own crowd which I hope. Have you seen Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. It was god awful and will pop up in my head if she is cast as Mary Jane. She could probably play Starfire but Mary Jane? No!
