Lohan is pretty entertaining and even funny in some of her movies. Hell watch her SNL episode she hosted...

i dissagree, lohan looks different in every picture, half her pictures are airbrushed to hell. i personally dont understand why people think lohan is so attractive. shes one of the most mediocure people i've ever seen.

i think dunst wins by a longshot.

I think we should all just come to grips that as soon as Tobey quites, the Spiderman franchise will have to shut down. This series will have the brains not to overextend its welcome into our imagination. If they try to draw it out beyond Tobey it will end up like a terrible sequel series in the same way other cheesy sequals have done without their original cast. Recent example - Son of the Mask. So, it doesn't matter who has played or can play MJ.

I'd have to disagree, S.G. - I thought Kirsten looked fine. While, Lohan, in my opinion is too teeny-bopper. If she tried to play a character that is supposed to be a "woman" and a working one at that, it would fail. At this point in her career, she's only believable as a high-school kid at best.

eh Dunst needed better clothes, hair color, and make-up in 2. I feel the same way about Lohan, even if the movie wont be for awhile and Lohan by then will be old enough she'll always be a "teeny-bopper" to me

im happy that there are ppl who finally agree with the fact lohan wouldnt make a good mj. i dont think that she has either the style or sophistication to play a character like mj. maybe they made a mistake with dunst, whose to say, i mean theres a couple of things to consider. 1. availability of other actresses. 2. quality of those other actresses.

As i said i know how hardcore fans feel about comic book characterisations in movies, and i understand. but i guess sometimes we have to make compromises, i mean think about it if stan the man or mr arad didnt like dunst they would have said no, but they didnt, and the thing to remember is that much of the movie is a mish mash of 40 years of comic book history, and u cant possibly expect them to retrace every single step exactly as it was laid, so stan himself must have given approval to what was written, or else it wouldnt have gone ahead, considering that hes an executive producer of the film. admitedly there are somethings i would like to see added in the films that the first two r lacking. but thats life.

sometimes i wonder what MJ you guys think of... the movies are of young MJ... not MJ in the comics right now... and lohan fits the young MJ... and by young MJ i mean the MJ before the smoking and more adult MJ of the 90's
