If you had the power to give the green light to any game what would that game be??

Justice League game built using the GTA V engine. Play as any member (or villain) through a long, intertwining story in a fully opened world.

*an open world NYC set in the Marvel Universe, allowing you to pick just about any playable character, or creating your own hero or villain. Yes, Lego Marvel, but with actual graphics and gameplay, and comic-book stylings instead of Lego cutesy.

I would play nothing else. Cops GTA is also awesome.

What would Superman do between the boss fights that would challenge him, and the gamer? From what I took from that description, that Superman game sounds like Shadow of Colossus, meaning epic boss fights, but a whole lot of nothing between them. But I guess it's better than what we have gotten so far. :csad:

Um, Shadow of the Colossus was awesome, for the record. It broke up the fights by allowing you to travel freely in the expansive world. Getting the next fight was you searching for the guy and completing some exploration puzzles. Very different from beating up tons of mobs, but not less challenging or fun. That's why it won awards and critical acclaim.

A Doctor Who videogame by Telltale Games. I think the franchise would work well in an episodic format.

-Sonic Adventure 3

-Shenmue 3

-Jet Set Radio Future 2

-Crazy Taxi 4

-Arkham-Asylum style Spider-Man game, with the Raimi cast reprising their roles in the voice-over department.

-Next-Gen comics Zone

-UmJammer Lammy 2

-Mischief Makers 2

-Sonic and Mario NOT AT THE DAMN OLYMPICS

Give Rocksteady the chance to make a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers game. (Think they'd have the chance to make something pretty incredible there.)

Or a Green Arrow game.

This would be so much win. This needs to happen now. Same goes with a Lego Doctor Who game. That'd be a lot of win for sure.

A Zorro game with Assassin's Creed style gameplay!
That would be awesome. The only Zorro game I have played was The Shadow of Zorro on PS2 and that is one of the worst game I have ever played. :D

Another thing that could add challenge to a Superman game is regulating damage to the city. Missions completed with minimal damage to the city would award more points. This would be achieved by a delicate balance of speed and precision. Precision because Superman himself is capable of great destruction, and the player, if going nutso, can easily level a city block. Speed because the opponents the player should be pitted against should be at least somewhat of a threat to Superman, meaning they can level half the block in the same amount of time.

But don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want city protection to be vital to game completion. Superman Returns made the city your health bar. That didn't work out very well at all.

The combos? Nasty. I don't think Rocksteady are about the kind of co-op multiplayer that the Rangers would need.

A 2D side scrolling Contra-style Archer game in the style of Stick of Truth (as in the focus on humour and the fact it looks just like it's respective show) written by the writers of the show and featuring the voices from the show. Could even have co-op with Archer/Lana.

A next-gen triple-A Firefly game made by Naughty Dog, written by Whedon with the original cast providing voices and mo-cap.

A next-gen triple-A Spider-man game made by Sucker Punch.

Also, if lieu of a proper Avengers game (though Lego Marvel and the upcoming Disney Infinity 2.0 seem to come close), a proper Hulk game is also in order.

Like no movie tie in, just a straight up Ultimate Destruction sequel or successor that's given enough time and money to be awesome. I wouldn't mind it being next gen only either. I'd buy a new console just for it. Ramp up the destruction physics, make Hulk feel real in the world ( I basically want the Avenger's Hulk model attached to a controller) and have realistic impact on that world. Throw in an original story, and maybe even give Bruce something to do, plot wise, scientifically, and as a gameplay feature, and I'm beyond sold.

A proper Iron Man game would also be sweet, but I can do without for now. I want my Ultimate Destruction 2 first.

Some years ago I was fantasizing about an open-world Robin Hood game. This thread reminded me, I still think it would make for a great game. The swashbuckling Errol Flynn style Robin Hood of course, not the gruff whatever-they-were-going-for Russell Crow version.

In my initial idea the opening level would be during the crusades, you'd learn the basics and do some linear stuff, then go to England which would be the main map.

Bioshock 1/2/infinite rerelease on the Unreal Engine 4 because this.

SO GORRAM PRETTY!!! :atp::atp::atp:

with the success of the Marvel films, i am quite surprised we haven't gotten an HD remake or at the very least an official release of the arcade game Captain America & The Avengers for the PS3 & X-Box

a lot of those old school Marvel arcade games were fun. Spiderman, The Punisher, X-Men, etc. and yet the only game that has been officially released is X-Men

:lmao: "I can't move!!!" :lmao: The cheese in that game was awesome.

I don't know why Marvel doesn't release the classic arcade multiplayer side scrollers on a single disc.

It's easy money.

Marvel doesn't have any control over those games.

After watching this.Lego Simpsons.(with Better writing)

Marvel doesn't have any control over those games.

Sega (Spider-man) Data East (Cap & the Avengers) and Capcom (Punisher)

Always found it odd Namor and Hawkeye was in the Spider-Man game...

A REmake of Resident Evil 2 would be at the top of my list.

Followed closely by Shenmue 3.

if they could remake resident evil 2 without the godawful controls that'd be even better for me!!
always hated res's tank style controls...

i'd also love love love to see a full online 3d HD next gen pokemon game...it'd launch nintendo again..no idea why they don't...keep the same JRPG style format for battles...but huge worlds to discover and pikachu in full HD next gen rendered graphics...i'd buy a wii U tomorrow for it.
