No, Marvel will be getting the rights to all their characters back in the near future and making their films via their own production company.

Really you know FOX is making Wolverine & Magneto Movies right ? & If you ask me Marvel should start a new Trilogy with the ORIGINAL 5 then bring in Storm, Colossus etc & THEN when FOX is done with him bring in Wolverine. FOX can keep Wolverine. Since they wont ever make a Movie without him

Comic book geeks make up like 5% of the moviegoing fanbase. so I'm not sure Fox and Marvel are terribly upset that they upset like 9 fanboys on the SHH forums...

No I got them from a poll that was done in here in the last couple of days... the vote was pretty high and last time I checked the figure was at about 40%. I'd say the people who come on here are pretty accurate reflection of the fanbase.

That's why I said "in the future". It takes a while for the rights to revert back to the original copyright holders. And I'm not talking about spin-offs, I was refering to a possible X4.

I don't think a movie with the original five would work.The only visually stunning power would be Iceman and the cast is not really diverse.

Are you serious? Optic blast, beast beating the crap out of the soldiers, Jean's moving stuff with her mind, and Angel flying is not visually stunning? I highly disagree. All 5 had great scenes that were nice to look at throughout all 3 films.
