I'm gonna start jogging in the mornings

    Any joggers here? I'm gonna start jogging in the morning and would appreciate advice and tips.

    Like, I'm gonna bring alone a bottle of water, but wouldn't it fall out of my pocket all the time? Where do joggers usually put their water??

    I jog sometimes at night, mostly because i feel silly jogging around town with everyone looking at you.

    If I jogged at night I'd likely get attacked by a gang yelling at me "Catholic or Protestant??".

    Don't run in the middle of this street. This ******* runs down the middle of this street nearby me and never moves when cars are coming.

    I work out in the mornings before work, Tae Bo, or power walking....I really enjoy it, but I also work out after work as well.....the morning workouts get me going for the day...

    It's spelt lagan. It is a word, but it is also the name for a river that runs through Belfast. We call it the river Lagan.
