Incredible sequel?

I think The Incredible Hulk is a better name then Hulk2. Like people have already said, it makes people who hated the first to think it's not a sequal.

Yeah, cheating like that will totally work. People will forget there was another movie and will just assume it's a non origin story.

"Nobody will notice!"

The Incredible Hulk is better. It sets it apart from the other Comic book movies that are just adding a '2' to the title or a colon and subtitle.

The last thing we need to see is Hulk's colon!

They are calling it The Incredible Hulk and not Hulk 2 to seperate it somewhat from the first movie.

True and maybe there also trying to make it different from all the other marvel movies. Ex. Spider-Man 2, X-Men 2, Blade 2 etc.

Why the hell not? The orgin of the Hulk dealt with Bruce and Betty's relationship BEFORE, and after he became the Hulk- which the first movie handled. Although the movie's orgin was different from the comic, the essence of the story was there- Bruce being unable to show his true affections for the woman he loves, and his struggles to cope with becoming a raging monster. Regardless of all of the Hulk's & Banner's adventures, Betty has remained the centerpiece of their emotional psyche. Despite your opinion on Bana and Connolly performance, i thought they brought depth to their characters. I hope that they both come back for the second film, and if they couldn't get Connolly- at least bring back Bana. I can't see anyone else playing the part of Banner.

Eric Bana is the perfect Bruce Banner :hulk:

HA HA! HULK 2 LIVES!!! All you haters who said there wasn't going to be a Hulk 2 have just been pwned! Judging from this information, The Incredible Hulk AKA Hulk 2 is going to be Marvel's next big project, so that means us Hulk fans are going to get our sequel!

I'm Rick James B*tch! :ghost:

Let’s forget about sequel ok

Hulk fan deserve better, like a new hulk TV series
The old series from the 80's wasn't really about the comic book hulk
he never jump over tall buildings !
His skin was not impervious to harms!
And finally he died from falling out of an airplane!

I Diamondhead and in the name of all the hulk fans out there
I demand for a new hulk TV series

I’m pretty sure it would be successful if they use an all tv star cast
Lou Ferrigno should play a former nerdy doctor who now is transform into a self serving arrogant womanizer jerk calling himself doc Samson

And they could use a lot of TV star from the 80’s as guess star
And most importantly use the same CGI from the hulk movie with character like Doc Samson or lee majors playing Thunderbolt Ross they won’t even have to concentrate all the energies on a CGI hulk but to show him causing mayhem and destruction from time to time!

So don’t waste another 200 millions dollar
Just put 50 million dollars on a hulk TV series instead .

I totally disagree with you, for one, a T.V series would not be able to have a CGI Hulk as they wouldnt have the money, and 2, Hulk doesnt really have enough interesting stories to put into a T.V, no other characters could guest star as they are mostly owned by other studio's. Also the action sequences would be no were near the level of the movies.

You can take my name out of that "all the hulk fans" list.
I hope they never make another tv series.

Yeah. I agree.

In retrospect, the Incredible Hulk TV series kind of sucked. Sure it had a few good episodes and I loved how they treated Banner's/Hulk's character as a man who was cursed and how he was fighting against that curse, but it wasn't as interesting or fun as the comic was.

In the comic, Hulk was a whole lot more powerful and cool than he was in the TV show. In the comic when people shot at him, the bullets bounced off of him. Not the same in the TV show. He would get wounded and bleed. In the comics, Hulk was able to pick up bulldozers and hurl them at helicopters. He was even strong enough to move mountains. In the TV show, we occasionally saw him bend steel and other stuff like that but we never actually saw any Real feats of superhuman strength. And lets not forget the villains! That’s the biggest mistake the TV series ever made! Not featuring any faces from Hulk’s rogues gallery! The closest they ever got to featuring an honest to goodness "villain" was that one episode with that guy who turns himself into a skinny version of the Hulk, but they never developed the story line beyond that one episode.

Make it happen someone! Just mine the early stories! Hell do a Namor/hulk crossover series and just steal all those tales to astonish stories. :p Then when they've used all those stories up, kick out Namor, and continue borrowing plots from the early Hulk series.
Be more interesting, and something new atleast. :hulk:
Or not... :(
