What is that thin skyscraper falling in the middle of the shot? Is that the tower I can't remember the name of that Cruise climbed up while filming mission impossible?

That is the worlds' tallest skyscraper the Wiz Khalifa as Terrance put's it being smashed into the London Eye. So yes its' the same building from Ghost Protocol.

Independence Day 2 it looks like they have killed off Will Smith's character so no chance of him showing up in Independence Day 3

Unless he's not actually dead, but transported across the galaxy to the mothership.... Or some other convoluted ********...

Connie, David's wife they should have included her in the sequel as well as the Casse children

Nice, there are essentially using Bill Pullman's character to communicate with the Aliens. That's pretty cool

Looking forward to this. The first one is definitely a guilty pleasure, cheesy as hell but still v entertaining. I've always had a soft spot for alien invasion stuff, when most of my friends were watching cartoons as kids I was hooked on 'V'

I dunno...I'm kinda excited for it. How they ever plan on saying they win this war I have no idea..**** got ****ed up

Apparently just about every major city had their famous monuments rebuilt only to have them destroyed again, lol.

Liked the first trailer and really dig the new one, It's looking way better than I expected!

i see the studio is testing how much bad CGI the public can take.

Looks freaking great.

Goldblum on point. Jesse T Usher didn't look that bad. Although i have a feeling we'll hate his performance come release

Emmerich is a really underrated director, in my opinion. And I think he's insanely better than Michael Bay - the two often get compared but I don't think there's any comparison. Roland's resume is pretty damn solid.

Universal Soldier (1992)
Stargate (1994)
Independence Day (1996)
Godzilla (1998)
The Patriot (2000)
The Day After Tomorrow (2004)
10,000 BC (2008)
2012 (2009)
Anonymous (2011)
White House Down (2013)
Stonewall (2015)
Independence Day: Resurgence (2016)

He sold me on Stargate, Independence Day, and The Patriot. The dude is a master of spectacle.

I think Will Smith should've skipped out on After Earth and done this film instead. It will feel like there's someone missing.

You've listed the abomination that is Godzilla (98) you have no right to be taken seriously.
