Iron Man cameo in Hulk...uhhh DAMN!

If by BP you mean Black Panther, well maybe, but Deadpool has nothing to do with the Avengers. Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Ant Man + the Wasp were the original team, joined by Cap early on.

Uh..............yeah I know. That's why I say ADD him on. Cap really isn't on the original Avengers either. You can make DP a part of the Weapon X program that SHIELD recovered and add him on the team. It would make his popularity grow because you won't see him on an Xman team.

They should make Deadpool or BP and I say add one of those 2 to the Avengers. DP could be the Avengers funny man, which we all need. Plus it would put him moreso on the map. Give him a solo movie to give him that launching pad.

As much as I love Deadpool, I really can't see him nor want him in an Avengers film.

This is coming from the guy who has forgiven most of these movies faults as well. :o

exactly
Also, would a cap movie sell on its on??? I mean I know he is a heavy hitter in the comic community but what about to the gen public. ThIs is why I say go in the direction of having him be the main focus of the avengers film. Than do a solo possibly taking place in ww2

off topic
a deadpool movie would sick if done by the right people and since we are on the topic of crossovers, would be nice to see him in a flash back in the wolverine movies

In the Wolverine forum rumor has it he is IN Wolverine, and not in a flash back. And supposedly battles Wolvie

Though, I swear to god if they make him a serious warrior I won't give Fox a dime for any hero related movie again.

The best way to go with a Cap solo movie is to start in WW2, then bring him to present day and watch his reaction to things like the war on terror and the current (former nazi) pope. As long as the movie makers avoid pandering to the extreme left and/or right wingers it has the potential to be a huge hit. Much more so than Deadpool, who I think maybe 3 people outside of the comics world have even heard of.

Good point. Here isthe next question , who would be cap? Any ideas?

I heard DP is in Wolvie and if that's the case, you won't see him in a solo flick unless Fox decides to do it............and you know how that goes. As far as Cap having a solo film, I'm really torn on it. I don't know how well(or bad) it would do. I know this is a pipe dream but I'd love for Spielberg to do this movie cuase that's the only way I can see it being a blockbuster.

I just heard the news on the front page... AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually have not hated fox's films like everyone else. I enjoyed FF and it's sequel as well as X-3. But I can see what you mean, they do like to do the chop shop treatment in the editing room, as well as rush projects.

But, I disagree that Deadpool needs a serious, well thought out 2 and a half hour film like most of these films. He's the only hero I can see getting a cheap treatment from Fox and surviving it with relative success.

I mean, he's not a particularly deep character in my eyes, and as long as he's funny and the movies action packed it'd be fine.

Then again I am still afraid if he is in Wolvie they'll screw up the personality so bad that they'll mess up a relatively easy to get right character.

Agreed , but we all know that whats gong to happen let's look at juggernaut fr x3. Vomit

Who would you choose to play Deadpool (or has he already been cast)? I say, get someone who's naturally sarcastic and funny, such as Dennis Leary to play the unmasked Deadpool (apply makeup for scars), and like the Spider-Man movies, have acrobatic no-names playing Deadpool while masked and in action.

As for the topic at hand, a cameo from Iron Man in Hulk, or visa versa (their alter egos anway)...sounds great. I've been hoping Marvel/the studios would do something like this. Voila!

And yes, Cap deserves his own movie. Darken the colors on his costume a bit, and have the costume closer in appearance to the Ultimate universe version. Captain America's name is not as "household" as Superman, Batman, or Spider-Man, but more people have heard of him than say, Daredevil; before the DD movie anyway.

I'm like you, I like FF and the X movies, including X3 and DD. But I'm just not sure how they'd handle a DP movie. I guess we'll fins out soon won't we.

Yeah, that went over real well in Superman returns.
What say we keep his costume the colors of the American flag?

If my memory serves me correct, the American flag has a dark navy blue, not the sky blue, or even baby-blue Cap is usually seen wearing in the comics.

'Sides, it wasn't Supes costume that ruined the movie. It was poor writing, plot holes, and starting where Superman 2 left off that hurt the film.

Note: Spider-Man's costume was a shade darker, and everyone seemed happy.

I love this idea, Story wise, I could totally see Ross turning to Stark to build the Hulk Buster suits for the army, setting up a great battle for the second Icredible Hulk film! It would be Sooo fantastic to see Robert Downy Jr as Stark in TIH! I really hope they DO, do something like that.

that would be a good idea

What direction should the avenger film go?

would you like to see a new story or recreate an old story?
