Batman Begins Is the League of Shadows based in Korea?

I bought the special edition DVD the day it came out but I didn't read the little comic thing that came with it until last night (I know, pretty sad).
Anyways, I know they changed things around for the movie and instead of the dojo it was replaced with the League of Shadow's base.

In the script the whole League of Shadows part of the movie was said to have taken place in Bhutan.
