Gotcha. I was just wondering if it was an enhancement of the suit's natural colors but it's not.

to saturate the color on this picture would be a bit counter-productive, in all honesty... the surrounding blue in the rest of the picture is very heavy, while the blue suit itself is a little washed out. you saturate the suit, you saturate everything else... plus, the suit itself has too much of a cyan tint for my tastes (i like a more deep, rich, royal blue if possible)

That's why I was a little suspicious because everything else looked quite normal.

That looks great.

I don't want to start a fight, but there are certain shots/still images that have been released that, because of the filter, give the MOS red a very similar color to the SR red. With all the backlash from that film, I'm surprised there haven't been more complaints.

i will say this, though: if you match the color scheme of the suit in the above picture, with the shot of the suit in the second MOS trailer (found at the end of the trailer), it comes out to, more or less, this:

a darker blue with less cyan, and a much brighter red.. personally, i wouldnt mind that at all... since these are shots of the movie, I'm betting that the reason the suit looks a bit darker in that shot is because, maybe, they're trying to make it a "moody" tone in that specific scene, because the color tones of that shot and the shot of the suit later in the trailer come across as night/day almost...

if they keep the general color scheme without muting the colors to hell, then i'd be fine with it... having said all that, i'm still a fan of a deep, dark, and rick royal blue, with a slightly muted red.

There isn't, it's the same material as on the hips legs and waist, due to not having anything covering it, and presumably running parallel to the light source, it is extremely reflective in that shot.

He's a reasonably tall guy, and the air force crew depicted ranges between average to short. No surprise there.

Yeah, I kind of thought the same thing too, but I really think it's just the angle. I mean, I don't really think that it's awful looking, just a little odd. Hopefully we will get multiple angles in the next couple of months. I'm really more interested in seeing the Jor-El, Zod and Faora statues at this point. I mean we have seen Superman's suit.

Jor-El's suit is the same as SUPES, he just wears the armor over it, and it attatches to the dark piping around his arms and legs
