So.. with the legacy 1v1 and 2v1 out of the way what do yyou think is going to happen at wm with them? maybe a tag match but who would be ortans partner? or something involving their dads?
I had a weird feeling last night that Kofi might be Orton's partner for WM

ya guess people forget about their history, but thats WWE booking for ya. anyways even if its a tag match, hasn't ortan already put legacy over proving they are better than ortan?

I still think a triple threat is going to happen, with Rhodes or Dibiase turning on eachother. At the last house show over the weekend, Rhodes cut a promo about being better then both Orton and Ted before his match with Christian in which he lost. What's funny is that in SD vs. RAW 010, Orton's Road to Wrestlemania storyline consists of him feuding with Legacy in just that - a triple threat. So I still think that's what we're getting unless they go a different direction.

Call me crazy but if they're going ahead with the Orton face turn then I can see the match next week with HHH/Orton ending in DQ after run-ins from Sheamus/Legacy. And then the following week, HHH/Orton team up in a 2 on 3 type tag match.

Does anyone remember the early TNA days when Hornswaggle was on there as the extreme midget?

I only rememeber the Fox Sports Net days and some of the SpikeTv days before Hogan. So, I only been a TNA fan off/on since like 2004.

So no...no midget

secretly Im hoping Austin stuns Bret Hart , after all Austin did once tell Bret that this ( fued) will never be over.

LOL, just got RVD's debut on TNA, I agree with Chris Jericho's tweet wholeheartedly. :hehe:

Even if they were true how does that make them funny? Are you that easily amused? :whatever:

It just means Bischoff is a jackass. If Mark Madden was so funny he'd be a great wrestling color guy. And he aint...he got fired. Not funny enough to save his job I guess.

If you don't give a f*** about Bischoff or Madden why are you cluttering up the board with things they say? Clearly you took the time to post it.

You sure do get worked up when people disagree with you. No need to insult somebody. Try to calm down and have a beer or something.

Hey Lantern, I think you can see the difference now in the untrue insult you thought I hurled at you and the one I think Assassin just did. :cwink:

The irony is funny, it's also funny when money makes you change your mind. Mark Madden's commentary was hilarious (the one i took that quote from),
I didnt watch WCW. I don't know, nor do i give a **** what he's done in the past. Stop being a tool because you hate a guy. You can't tell me what i think is or isn't funny.

I called him stupid because he kept asking me the same question. It's besides the point if he can change his mind, the fact is he said both things, and you said it, he's a jackass. THAT MAKES IT FUNNY!

Sorry. Still don't see whats funny about it. May be true but I don't find myself laughing.

The thing I DO find funny is that apparently you and Madden think the WCW's Cruiserweight Division and TNA's X Division are the EXACT same thing. Thats the only way that joke of his even makes sense much less is funny.

The X Division WAS the major drawing point for TNA for a long time so it WAS the adreneline on TNA. It got TNA's fans excited.

Just seems like Madden is DESPERATE attempting to scramble through any old quotes he can find to attempt a feeble joke.

Since you yourself said you didn't watch WCW how the heck do you even understand the comparison enough to find it funny?

Hilarious? Easily amused. You ADORE him now but don't care for what he did before? Gotcha. He's one fan closer in his slow climb back to mediocrity!

Stop being a tool because you hate a guy. You can't tell me what i think is or isn't funny.
I'm being a tool cause I don't find him funny? Seems like you're the one insulting people cause they disagree with you. OK you love Mark Madden. I got it. Good for you. But you sure seem to be taking this seriously. :hehe:

I never told you you can't find Madden funny but you can stop telling us all what IS funny liek its gospel. Just cause you like it doesn't make it so for everyone else.

If you love his rather uninspired material sing it to the mountain tops if you want to. If he was so funny he would have gone a lot futher. He didn't. Being a fool got him canned.

I called him stupid because he kept asking me the same question. It's besides the point if he can change his mind, the fact is he said both things, and you said it, he's a jackass. THAT MAKES IT FUNNY!
You still didn't answer Lanterns question. You DO know Lantern has the right to ask a question right? Its a DISCUSSION forum. He asked and you just sidestepped it.

His point is how is having two different opinions one two different divisions in two different companies funny? TNA and WCW are two different companies and those comments are 15 years apart. Even IF it was on the same subject would me changing my mind on something make it funny? or just inconsistent?

Bischoff changing his mind just makes him...I dunno...a human being? In Mark Madden's world people aren't allowed to change their minds? No wonder Madden hasn't gotten new material since 1998.

That's not really than funny to me either...just lame.

Ive never liked mark madden as a commentator, he has written a couple columns that are really good reads but IMO he is not in any position to call anyone out on anything

and secondly, the X Division has done much more to advance TNA as a product than the cruiserweight division ever did for WCW....look at the TNA champ, AJ was the crown jewel of the X Division for quite a while

wrestlezone.com put this up:
spoke to a source within WWE this morning who relayed to me a very interesting story concerning a recent backstage encounter between Shawn Michaels and former WWE Champion Sheamus. According to the source, Michaels approached Sheamus and said, "in case you haven't heard, I'm not going to be around much after WrestleMania, and it's time for the guys like you to step up and main event with all the current top guys, and then bring up the next tier and make them top guys. Your time is NOW!"

Words to that effect.

We have been reporting for several weeks now that Shawn Michaels plans to take time off after WrestleMania, but this time around it might be different since there is no time table for his return. This doesn't mean that he will lose to The Undertaker at the PPV, but that his time off could be significantly longer this time around that it was last year after WrestleMania 25. I was even told that HBK could be held off until next year's 'Mania when he can do the big sendoff much like WWE did for Ric Flair.

I was also told that Sheamus is being told by guys like HBK to step up in every conceivable way, and that he needs to to be a leader to the young guys, but at the same time he needs to be very careful not to step on Randy Orton's toes. That's as big of a part of this story as anything, because a lot of the locker room really likes Randy because he has stood up when the time's right, and also because they all feel he's truly the best in the ring right now, even though his temper tantrums in and out of the ring have some people pointing fingers.

Y'know....

I hate Sheamus more and more everyday. He does not deserve the spot he is in...

I saw RVD's debut a little earlier and it just feels like such a wasted opportunity to me

I'm gonna miss Shawn when he finally hangs up the boots. But he's wrestled every big star on the roster and there isn't much else for him to do.But I hope before he does retire he has at least one big match with Morrison.Preferably at WM27.:woot:

There are other people in the company Shawn should have that talk with before he has it with Sheamus. Sheamus isn't nearly ready to lead any of the young guys. he's pretty green in WWE himself.

I swear its like Shawn and HHH picked this guys name out of a hat and bet themselves they could make a top guy no matter what he offers.

Nobody can fill the void Shawn will leave but Sheamus is one of the LAST guys who should be expected to or groomed to at the moment. Maybe someday but if other guys were given this same pep talk they could do just as well as Sheamus.

If that story is true it shows the politics that are pushing this guy to the top. If history has shown us anything a guy who gets THAT kind of push before he is ready often DOES NOT LAST.

My enjoyment of WWE is going to drop greatly when Shawn retires.

To be fair, Shawn has lost his luster. It's about time he took some time off.
