No Judi Dench's M was the main Bond girl, not Moneypenny. The fact is that they promoted Marlohe as the film's prototypical Bond girl and her subplot was minor.

I'm so mad. I was able to watch the gun barrel for Spectre on youtube, and dammit, it's the type where they don't play the entire theme. A few of the other Bonds have done that, where they just cut out the entire bass guitar part, which is nasty.

After having seen the movie a second time this evening (and I enjoyed it just as much on a 2nd go around), I was able to absorb more little details. [BLACKOUT]There is a passing line about Quantum just being a part of SPECTRE. Basically what ever organization Quantum was, it was just a sub section of SPECTRE. They were all serving Blofeld.[/BLACKOUT]

Tom Ford has created a special section on his website showing off most of his clothes that Bond wears in Spectre. I still have problems with the ivory dinner jacket, but otherwise the suits and coats look a lot better here than they do on Craig. They look perfectly reasonable for Bond and are cut rather classic. The issue appears to be Jany Temime and how she has fitted the clothes for Craig. He wears them too small and too tight, which throws off their lines. Properly fitted as Ford has done here on his models, they look excellent. The jackets are the right length and the jackets don't pull at the waist.

Middlefinger, the son of Goldfinger and we find out his brothers full name from Skyfall is Silvafinger.

He's playing Blofeld, the plot is Bond tracking him down following leads across the globe that show all 3 previous villains and Quantum are tied to SPECTRE. He's also protecting Madeline Swann from Mr. Hinx as she is the daughter or Mr. White who has betrayed SPECTRE.

The other plot is the merging of Mi:6 and Mi:5 being headed up by a smug *****e called C who wants to bring a global surveillance network online, called 9 Eyes.

Temime says she tailors the suits too small to give the impression he's so big he's on the verge of bursting out of his clothes. I think it looks silly, especially at Craig's age, and reflects poorly on Tom Ford (and yes the suits look perfect on his site)

But that was the one progressive thing about SKYFALL. Dench, indeed, was the main Bond girl/woman in that film. That's why, for me, that ending between them really works because it harkens back to their relationship through out the three movies.

Over and over again, she continues to trust Bond, even if he's given "surface" reasons why she might question her decisions with him (QUANTUM OF SOLACE).

The ending of SKYFALL is one of the reason why I've been leery of SPECTRE from the get go. It perfectly sets up Bond for the future while also finally finished building Bond from the ground out, so to speak and I think because Craig's Bond was so different from the rest, in my opinion, that film was probably the best time for him to walk away...especially now after reading reactions to what SPECTRE is.

M is M, male or female. She was the main female lead, but not a Bond girl.

saw the gunbarrel on youtube I love the build up music over the MGM and Columbia logos kinda reminded me of what Elfman did over the IMAGINE logos with his Psycho music before jumping into the opening credits of Psycho in 98 (hey I enjoyed 98 Psycho leave me alone lol ).
