I prefer Moonraker over Die Another Day and Diamonds are Forever.

Creepy question: which Bond movie has the best sex scene? I ask because I think that this is one prize that DAD can win.

haha, I read that out of context. DAD as in Die Another Day, haha.

Unquestionably. Moonraker is really, really stupid but it does at least manage to be entertaining. I never laughed more at a Bond film, that's for sure.

Seriously.

I was in shock when I found out he was only 41 by Diamonds are Forever. Now these days, being 41 is still in your prime as an actor.

It's a combo of his weight, his eyebrows (He stopped plucking them), his new wig, and his disinterest when he's acting.

I think he looks a lot better in Never Say Never Again than DAF. Sure he's greyer and has more wrinkles, but he is in much better shape.

Not really, I didn't find that scene to be particularly sexy. I always found the seduction/flirting in Bond films to be much more sexy than the actual sex. Besides, Goldeneye had the best sex scene in any Bond film, bless you Famke Janssen.

I prefer DAD over Moonraker, DAF, and Man W/GG. Absolutely and unabashedly hate DAF. The other two are bad (well, DAD is awful too), but Moonraker completely fails as a movie and an adaptation, Man W/GG angers me, and DAD just sucks.

Looking forward to this guy's return.

I think the one from the end of Moonraker might be the most memorable. The Roger Moore movies in general excelled at those. That guy banged EVERYONE.

Looking forward to this guy coming back.

I wonder if they end up using Blofeld if they will keep any aspects of the original look. Because in a hilariously unfortunate turn of events, that look is now more recognizable as:

Good point:woot: I just hope they cast an actor as great as Donald Pleasence.

The admiral sure had a big grin on his face in death. The sauna scene would technically count as a sex scene. One of the best Bond scenes too.

If Blofeld comes back, I can see them going down the Telly Savalas route. More of a gangster. If they included Fleming's Garden of Death, it would be absolutely amazing and rip the camp criticisms from under people's feet.

I think for me Bond works better as a seductor, charming gentleman, rather than the "Excuse me, I wanna ***** everything" attitude.

Having watched On Her Majesty's Secret Service again not that long, I think Telly's Blofeld is my favorite. I love how physical Blofeld was, with things like taking part in chasing Bond down the mountain and the ending on the bobsled.

I'd love to see them get an A-List actor to be the next Bond villain. My personal choice would be Robert Downey Jr.

It'd be interesting to see RDJ as a villain. Also what about Viggo Mortenson?

Yes, Telly was excellent. OHMSS is a great Bond movie as well.

A bit more background info about the Garden of Death: Blofeld is hiding out in a castle surrounded by poisonous plants and animals. He enjoys walking around his garden in medieval chain armour. The place attracted local Japanese people who wanted to commit suicide there. Morbid stuff indeed.

The Question Room is also a terrific unused concept. Bond, undercover, is put in a seat above a volcanic geyser. Blofeld tells him the geyser goes off every fifteen minutes and being that it is 11 o'clock, it would go off at 11.15. He says if Bond remains in the seat, his lower half will be incinerated. If he leaves the seat, his identity would be confirmed.

I don't think modern audiences would have a problem accepting the Telly Savalas Blofeld at all. They could easily stick that character as is in one of the Daniel Craig films and he wouldn't seem out of place.

If they ever decide to bring Blofeld back, then that is the version of the character they should use.

Garden of Death = my backyard during hayfever season.

What about Sir Patrick Stewart as Blofield? Performance-wise, I think that he'd be awesome.

Depends on what you would consider a sex scene, since most of the films cut away before anything happens.

If they count, then easily my two favorites are the scene in the bridal suite where Bond first meets Tatiana in FRWL and the scene in the barn where Bond proposes to Tracy in OHMSS.
