Found this synopsis on the interwebs.

In COME AND DIVE, Bond will be swept away by a dangerous love story. As MI6 rises from its ashes, 007 must protect a mysterious stranger and unveil long forgotten secrets.

COME AND DIVE marks the return of Daniel Craig as Ian Fleming’s James Bond 007, as well as Ralph Fiennes as M. The film also stars Naomie Harris as Miss Moneypenny. The film is directed by Sam Mendes.

Is this a fake video?

It may very well be fake. However, to play Devil's advocate, it's only 33 seconds long and essentially just had Craig standing in a cemetery looking stoic. It COULD maybe be something that they film really quickly. Not saying that it IS, just that it could be.
