Jason Bourne

Well what is a partially amnesiac former assassin who's trained in multiple forms of martial arts to do when he's no longer being hunted by the government, oh and his GF is dead? Underground fighting of course. If it worked for Jean Claude Van Damme, than it can work for Bourne. ;)

Damon still looks really good at 44.

I'm excited for the film, but I do hope Joan Allen and or David Straithairn return though. I think Pamela Landy is a big part of what made the original Bourne trilogy so interesting, and I love how Greengrass made the scenes with her/Volson and the analysts tracking Bourne so thrilling.

And yeah, hopefully they don't tarnish the near perfect ending of Ultimatum. It really is one of those rare trilogies that nails their respective third films.

He and Tom Cruise (and Keanu Reeves) must visit the same health spa or something.

I've seen recent pix of Johnny Depp and he's starting to look his age. It's not just his weight, but his skin is less dewy despite having Almost no wrinkles. For the longest time he looked so youthful..until now.

Really excited to see Bourne back. Especially knowing the fact that they really didnt commit until finding the right story for the character. But Bourne's too iconic not to bring back on the screen

I wonder what country is that supposed to be in? It looks like somewhere in the Middle East.

Those mountains behind him look like they have trees on them. My guess is South America. I remember reading that the initial idea for a straight up for Bourne 4 (before the spinoff came about) had Bourne going to South America.

Most likely Greece as that's where they start off Damon said last week. They also end up in Las Vegas.

Ooooh, shirtless Bourne, a rare and welcome sight. Lookin' good! :D

(yet we got stupid shirtless Cross like right away)

I first saw him in Courage Under Fire, alongside Denzel Washington and Meg Ryan. He was younger than that there. Then of course there was Saving Private Ryan, which is one of his "oh yeah, he was in that movie wasn't he" kind of roles. Quite a few people seem to forget that I've found.

Im over the moon excited to see Damon back and even more excited that Greengrass is directing this. This may be an unpopular opinion but I felt like the trilogy could have used an "encore" film to close everything out. I feel like the way Ultimatum ended was way too abrupt and didnt really give any finality to the character or an indication as to what he was going to do next.

Yes, yes, I know, his story was "finished" and the conspiracy was unraveled but it still felt like an abrupt end there was more to say. I think this is an opportunity to give a proper send off to Damon's Bourne.

Yeah I mean the whole "he just swims away" thing does have a "this isn't quite the end" feel to it. As far as we know, he's still officially wanted by the government, and there are likely others who want him dead now.

I am so ****ing ready for this.I had no doubt this would happen one day. :mrk:

Affleck is just naturally bigger in general. And when he bulks up, he becomes a giant of a man. That kind of physique is hard to achieve, Damon looks plenty big enough.

I think it's interesting he looks leaner. There's a nice benefit that they seem to be using the real world passage of time to the narrative.

Damon looks good at 44. Pictures of actors like that always remind me that it's time to hit the gym lol.

Hope the next Bourne is awesome. I really liked the first three movies, haven't seen Legacy yet. From what I hear, it will probably stay that way.

I wonder if they will continue with novel titles so this film will be Bourne Betrayel
