The Walking Dead Jeffrey Dean Morgan is Negan!

This show needs this kind of charismatic villain Negan provides.

I hope he's around for a while, this show needs a wild card. Damn that was good, hated how cocky the characters got, this humbles them, even more than the comic did.

I agree they needed to be humbled but that was still excruciating to watch Negan humiliate and taunt Rick and Co. like that. I believe this will be the group's lowest point for a while.

Negan is a sadist. The pleasure he had after beating [BLACKOUT]the victims [/BLACKOUT]with Lucille came off very sexual.

I think the funny that his female fan base seems unscathed. JDM has some loyal women (and men prob) following him because he got that smile.

JDM has done a wonderful job of portraying Negan - brutal, sadistic, and with a cruel sense of humor. I wonder what else he has in store for us?

I don't know but I have a feeling Daryl's going to regret punching Negan in the face.

JDM was good. I just hope Negan isn't so talkative and monologue-y moving forward. Kinda got heavy-handed last night.

I really enjoyed the humbling. As brutal and unforgiving as it was, it was done so well that I couldn't help be by pleased. Just a tour de force performance from JDM coming in and shaking things to their core. I hope this plays out more like the comic and we get an extended dose of Negan into next season (at least; though, I have no idea what his schedule permits on that level).

All hail the Mayor of Pee Pee Pants City!

I just laughed when I opened mt Lootcrate that I got today. I a, going love wearing my Negan Sluggers shirt.

Oh, he'll always be Denny from Grey's Anatomy... :funny:

I am completely horrified by Negan in the comics, yet I totally love that character, and I thought JDM nailed it. I just hope they keep that off-center swagger going forward.

You can tell he already does by the look on his face as Negan [BLACKOUT]took it out on Glenn[/BLACKOUT]. Daryl is going to live with that for the rest of his life.

My first introduction to him was Watchmen and Supernatural. But I know so many people that get choked up mentioning his role in Grey's Anatomy, must have made my impression.

Funny thing is, looking at his IMDB, he's been working steady since the mid-90's. It's good to see the producers, who could have gone with Henry Rollins himself, decided to go with a guy who smiles like a Soulless ghoul. Congrats to the casting person that called his agent.

I think Negan will join the ranks of great tv villains like Gus Fring.

^ I agree. Rewatching the latest episode and JDM gave me chills. He owned it.

There was an "I liked him better as Denny" meme going around on Twitter last night. :funny:

I haven't watched Grey's Anatomy in ages...but I still remember how awful that was when he played the guy that dropped dead after having what appeared to be the successful heart transplant they were trying to get him all season... :csad:

Yes Gawd. :o

My aunt is really into him, she was really conflicted after watching him as Negan, because she was a big Maggie & Glenn shipper. Myself and my Cousins were not trying to spoil her, but she found out about the comic, but she figured since the dumpster thing they wouldn't take him out 6 episodes after that. Wrong.

BTW, when was he on The Good Wife?

Negan is the man. He literally did nothing wrong.

It's scaring me how much I love Negan even after he took out two of my favorite characters. Jeffrey Dean Morgan was just what this show needed.
