So you're tellin' me Thor, Hercules, Sentry, Vision, Scarlet Witch & Iron Man aren't heavy-hitters..
Not in comparison to Superman, and Superman level characters. Seeing how the strongest there is Sentry, with undefined strength levels, next being Thor, third being Iron Man and Hercules with 100 tons of strength a piece. Of course, heavy hitters against the several thousand ton lifting Superman.
That's never happened in a comic before. Probably never would. His alter ege seems to have Agorophobia- fear of being outside. He's been in battles and his fears have never been a factor.
See what I mean about Sentry being unknown? We have NO clue what would happen with him there, or what they can do to him. Zatanna might break apart his psyche with a spell, or Batman might.
I'm sure she'd be alittle busy with the Scarlet Witch
Not really. Unless we're talking about the totally unstable Scarlet Witch, Zatanna is extremely fast with her spell casting.
Really, how do you figure that. She's shown to be just as strong "telepathy-wise" as J'onn.
Not really. Xavier would be on his level, not so much Moondragon.
Aquaman is not "just under" Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman is damn near on par with Supes.
Not that this made any sense to me initially. I'm assuming you mean Aquaman is on par with Superman. Which is great, so now we have another thousand or so ton wielding hero.
Well not only do the Avengers have THE greatest hand to hand figher, but damn near the entire roster has been trained by him. Look at Tony fight, without armor and a bad heart, in the 1st issue of "The Illuminati."
Actually, that is beyond debatable. Cap has lost in hand to hand before. And just because people are trained by him, doesn't make them nearly as good as him.
All he needs to do is hold off the Flash long enough to recieve help. I didn't saw he would though. I agree, the Flash would handle Pietro very easily.
Maybe five seconds tops before Flash gets bored of a speedster barely topping about 800 mph.
Wow, talk about not giving a character who has gone one on one with Thor and the Hulk any credt.
Hulk with a specialty armor which happened to be lucky the Hulk wasn't that fast. And he went down quite handily to Thor.
Once again, not giving the character any credit.
Already got this one.
Yeah, cause Clark and J'onn are just killers. Anyway, Ms. Marvel is pretty powerful. She could absorb Supes "heat beams" or "maybe" even GL's ring power. Hercules by the way is the original strong man who goes one on one with the Hulk, Thor and Namor. He's stronger than most people give him credit for.
Ms Marvel's normal strength class is around 80 tons-100 or so tons when powered up. Nothing TOO powerful when you're comparing her to J'onn or Superman. And while Hercules is strong. Several characters that are compared with Superman are stronger. Hercules just has his dimwitted muscle. Everybody else has more to bring. And his fights with the dimwitted Hulk isnt much to brag about. Wolverine could do what Hercules did, Thor is around his strength level, though he can become far stronger, and Namor is just around his strength level of 100 tons.
I see. I'm sorry, you're right, you haven't been brain-washed at all.
Brain washed, eh? Hefty claim to make against me, the person who literally switches sides for kicks and crushes arguments from both sides.
But coming from an Avengers fanboy, I'm not too suprised.
Yeah, cause Hal, J'onn, Bruce and Diana are the most stable personalities, right.
Yes, they all have nervous breakdowns, or are in fetal positions half the time. Silly me.
Really, try and have an open mind here.
