Why is Frank D. your choice? Nothing against him at all, but I am curious why you think he is the man for the job?

Darabont was attached for a number of years. And I think Gibson was just to play Montag, not to direct too.

Ok. My memory of Gibson being attached to this was circa, post Braveheart. Maybe that's why I thought he'd be directing it too.

I know this may seem out there, but may I suggest.... The Wachoski Bros. as an alternative?

You know, Sawyer....how could this of not happened yet? It's beyond ridiculous. They very idea of a world of Fahrenheit 451 created by Darabont sounds like a way to mass produce money to me!
