I don't put much stock into what someone wrote in a friend's myspace page.
Didn't the Australian government claim there were no issues with the tax break incentive? Sounds suspicious to me.
George Miller shouldn't hate on Australian art films. Since those films are what got people like Russell Crowe and Eric Bana in the door and got them noticed for directors for bigger roles. Not to mention a lot of big budget Hollywood movies are trash as well.
If such was the case, the people don't feel comfortable claiming a HUGE tax write-off for something like Justice League instead of cheap, safe art house style movies.
