He said that he enjoyed x3, but he really wanted to see what Singer was going to do with it. He really liked the first two X-Men and all of the sub-text and the arcs that Singer had been planting. About Superman, he said that he doesn't think that a movie about a guy that can fly can have that Wow factor that it had back in 1978. He really didn't say a whole lot about Superman Returns though. He did say that he was definitely going to see it, and he's interested. He talked more about the gay allegories that were in Singer's X-Men movies, and how he really liked how Singer was able to bring that to the films, but then that sort of evolved into a huge gay-joke.Whack Arnolds said:Awesome. Did he say what he thinks about either? And has he addressed or said what he thought of Batman Begins, yet?
And no mention of Batman Begins.
Singer has a far better grasp of who Superman is and what he stands for than Peters. Singer's Returns film will be his best superhero epic yet. It'll confirm WB's faith in allowing Singer to be the one to restore Superman to the big screen! SR will be successful!
its an expression, the only one taking it literally is you. Nice try, though.
