Kryptonite in first film... Extent of use?

I think Kryptonite is essential to the Superman mythos. But I also think they should wait to introduce it until the next movie, teasing it MoS at the most.

yes, tease it, and save it. Have the Kryptonians in MOS go somewhere where there is Kryptonite, and become inexplicably weak, just for a moment. Only the keenest of intellects would notice it... that being LL himself.
