HarperCollins is of interest, but I'm sort of playing the ebook field for now. I gotta tell you though, it's a great underground start so I'm not complaining

Ok dude, first of all I'm no spammer. If I was, I wouldn't be smart enough to contain what would be considered spam in one thread (of which it is the topic). No, I'd be giving the mods incessant headaches by mentioning it in every post from the Batboards to SHH! Community (I owe Hunter_Rider BIG for hosting a link to my book in his sig. ), ask any poster here, even those that I don't normally agree with, and I don't do it. I have a couple links in my sig, and a video.

In fact, that's where the answer to your question is, zanos! I have videos up on YouTube, and I do advertising on Facebook and Twitter. It's very viral, but like I said before I'm happy with the start.

Zanos, if you're at all interested in my book, then check it out man. That's why I promote it here, so the people I've spent the last five years (including the great TDK Virals of '07-'08) speculating and arguing and bickering with, can check it out.

Sure. I think I posted a synopsis for Book One earlier, but it's always better safe than sorry:

In an ancient time long lost to legend, a race of men known as the Wolven inhabited the land of Ánovén. To the north lay the land of Kânavad, home to a brutal, savage race we know today as Werewolves.

At the age of seven, the Wolven prince Mathion encountered a dying White Wolf, and received two gifts that would forever change not only his life, but the course of history itself. Centuries later, now with a White Wolf at his side, Mathion gathers together a small band of warriors, consisting of both friends and family. Their mission: help the city of Kihar defend itself against an advancing army of werewolves. Along the way, Mathion learns of a secret that he has carried with him his entire life, and a power that can change the tide of a war that has raged between the Wolven and the Werewolves for over twenty thousand years. Little does Mathion know that his enemy is well aware of this secret. And they will do anything to obtain the final piece of a puzzle that, if completed, could condemn the world to eternal darkness. When someone close to him is captured alive by the enemy, Mathion resolves to attempt the impossible: to venture into the enemy's homeland itself, and infiltrate the stronghold of Lord Azgharáth, the oldest and strongest of the werewolves. With this choice, events are set in motion that will hurtle these lands toward a final confrontation, and an epic journey is begun that will change everyone's lives forever.

Overall, the trilogy is about the life of Mathion, the last king of, essentially, a race of werewolf hunters. It's told as a series of documents that were discovered and translated by an Oxford professor in the '50s, but haven't seen the light of day until now.

I spent at least 3 years developing the world that MATHION, and the MAVONDURI TRILOGY as a whole, is set against. At the end of it all, I have (sketched out in various levels of detail) at least 23,000 years of history, three languages (with several dialects) maps, alphabets, and religious systems as well. In total, I've put about 10 years worth of work into this series so far.

I'm planning for each book to have it's own style. Book one is pretty much your straightforward epic quest/war novel, a longtime favorite of mine. Book two will be more like a political thriller / adventure novel, taking place just before Mathion becomes king. Book three is the one I'm most looking forward to writing; it will be an epistolary novel, written as a series of Mathion's own journals interspersed with commentary. The idea is, like all legends, Mathion's story is incomplete.

The world behind MATHION is parallel to the Atlantis/deluge myths, and in fact the mythology behind the MAVONDURI TRILOGY is a blending of that myth and the shapeshifter (werewolf) myth. In essence, a dual origin story.

Sales are doing very well, thanks for asking I'm more excited about the reviews and responses, the general buzz. I'm working on book 2 (The Last Ascension) right now, and very likely it'll debut as an ebook too. I like the freedom I have as an unpublished ebook author but I'm definitely hoping to get published and have a proper print release
