Sam Raimi is my all time favorite directer of all time. Hands down. And I think Spider-Man 3 is a piece of ****, and a waste of film. So where do I stand?

I'm not a Raimi fanboy, though I guess I could be considered close to one, but I haven't seen all of his stuff. I will admit that I liked Spider-Man 3, and actually prefer the SM3 that we got to the one that many people seem to want.

One of my favorite hero movies ever. So much fun. Liam is amazing.

All the Evil Dead's are classic, Quick and The Dead is badass, Drag Me To Hell rules...havent seen his dramatic stuff. It's never on.

His style is just so awesome. Every short film I do, I always include one Sam Raimiesq shot as a homage.

I think it's how you guys come off....if you didnt worry about what everyone thinks, they wouldnt have an issue. All those PT movies are pretty bad...fine if you like 'em, but you cant tell me Attack of the Clones is a decent film.

They are bad, but imo they actually improve with each one. Episode 1 was the worst, Episode 2 got better, and Episode 3 was the best. But that's just me.

I could watch Episode 2 or 3 again for whatever reason, but Episode 1 is unbearable haha

I like the "feel" of it. But it's not very good. I guess its nostalgia for me...since I saw it opening day in theaters when I was little, and my dad took me out of school to see it.

You know what's worse? When people assume you are a band wagoner because something you have liked for ages suddenly becomes popular.

Or in this example... i think Raimi's Spidey films are overrated. Especially 2. (not counting 3 obviously because it isn't overrated clearly!)

But people will tell me i'm only saying that now because he is not making any more and they are rebooting.

You can think they're good..but they really arent. I mean, I like a few crappy movies, I dug all the Friday movies, even the new one...but I would never say they're "good".

I think that's the problem why you guys get flack. You try and show people that they arent bad...when they are. Just enjoy 'em and dont care what people say.
