I just learned something. You can show the same photos and video of Tiger's car on an endless loop, talk about the same thing over and over again for 2 hours, interview a few people, and call it news.

Um....yeah, we know and we hope everything turns out well.

If I didn't know better, I'd say they were fishing for ratings or something rather than being interested in providing news to the public.....

That’s how news works though. For anyone tuning in after the initial announcement it will still be the biggest latest news. Many tune into news once a day. If Europe has sunk into the ocean 2 hours ago you keep talking about that rather than switch to the more current news that Trump’s toupee has moved 3 degrees to the left in the wind and now has a bit of peanut butter on it.

Soooooo.....they took Tiger to Harbor UCLA. I used to live around there and that whole place is sort of a pit. It's near the corner of Carson and Normandie. It used to be Harbor General and it was where all the poor people went to wait for medical care. My brother in law went to the ER there a few years back and waited for 36 hours before leaving. They actually have good doctors and will either bring them in or do a helicopter transport to Westwood (most likely unless he prefers another hospital). My wife's friend was or is in charge of transport at the Westwood facility and they ship people around more than you would guess.

Tiger won't have to wait that long......

At the press conference this afternoon, the press kept asking them why they decided to take him to that hospital. I see what they were getting t now.

I slept through the first airing, so now I have to wait until it re-airs at 12:30am. As nature intended.

It was pretty good. It had a bit too much of that CW sheen towards the end, where every effects shot dips way too hard into the uncanny valley, but everything else seemed like a big step up compared to the rest of their shows. The guy who plays Superman is also incredibly likeable. I would have thought that would be a prerequisite, but you never know anymore. So that was nice.

IDK. They have (had) these giant stores and you could get really good deals on computers, TVs, etc. They would have weekly sales where prices on certain things were very low. I haven't used them for about 5 years when I bought my mom a new computer there. There's one about 2 miles away from where my mom lives. I may go and check out to see if they have some clearance pricing if their doors are still open.
