The Dark Knight Likes And Dislikes

On the contrary, DKR was the first one. The the copies came.

Two-Face was first cured back in the 60's I think, maybe even 50's. It was like his fourth ever appearance or something. There was a scans daily post about all the times he'd ever been cured and it was up to like eleven times

My only concern at the moment is that Two-Face looks like he might get a treatment similar to Venom in terms of his screen time. He will appear in the third part of the film and probably end up in Arkham with the Joker. However this is better than having him killed. We'll have to see if this happens and what it would mean in terms of a third movie.

where the hell did your brain go?

I hope that the people who are complaining about Two-Face's voice being too normal are the same people that like Bale's low voice as The Batman. Because if you are complaining about Two-Face's voice as being too normal and The Batman's voice as being too low, that would make no sense. Geez, I hope this post makes sense lol!

I would not have a problem with Two-Face appearing in The Dark Knight only. I also would not have a problem with Two-Face being the main baddie in the next film.

2) I was merely judging by those two lines. But Eckhart's voice is too...soft to be 2Face. He needs to change it.
I disagree. He exaggerates it much more than that and it'll seem silly. Best to just add the subtle growl.

I just assumed that voice was the Harvey side, we have yet to hear Two-face's voice.

It makes sense as the guy spoke to Harvey Dent, so what's left of him answered and said I'm only half here now...

Maybe the Two-face voice comes through in really tense moments when that personality takes complete control, say when deciding to kill through a coin toss.

When I watch an action movie, I like being able to see the movements of the fighters. It wasn't the case in BB, but it didn't annoye me that much, because I thought it matched the imperceptible part of the batman. But I really hope Nolan will shot his fights with larger angles. It seems it's the case, cause in the alternate trailer when the bats is fighting swat men, it's in large panel.

One thing I really don't like is the cape. I mean, both costumes are perfect in my opinion; they could be a little better but they're perfect. Yet somehow the cape just irks me. It reminds me of those little action figures where there's a random piece of cloth as a cape. It just plain bothers me in this light. =/

Maybe it's on purpose? I mean, in lot of comics it's showed the cape is annoyance for the man (or the woman) who wears it, but this cape is meant to be used to fly, so it has to be light.

Er..... How can the costumes be perfect but they could be a little better????.....

While I understand that it's a light-weight fabric, they went a little too literally on that angle. It looks like they went to a store and bought a random piece of fabric then stuck it on the Batsuit. That is what bothers me about it. When it's in the "glide/flight" mode, it looks perfectly fine, but normally in shots and scenes, it looks like random fabric that doesn't quite match.

@Englishman: Personally, I wouldn't even think of changing it (cape aside). But being on this board and having users complain about certain aspects of it and making manips makes me think "Hey, this could be slightly better than it is."

it didn't reallly bother me in BB. But i get what you mean.

I dont see the problem with the voice. The guy in the bar was asking HARVEY a question. HARVEY answered.

Not Two-Face.

Two-face's voice sounds fine to me, at least he has a different voice

It's difficult to really say anything caus he only says two word. It could be two word like two face, one word for each face. Anyway, I really like how he throws his "half".

I can't wait, I like everything so far, except that Two-Face doesn't have a scarred up hand either! I guess the latex was cracking too much and too quickly

why would dents voice become different unless his vocal chords were burned in the process I think he sounds fine

Why did his voice become different in the comics? In the BTAS? Because Two Face is supposed to be a totally different side of Harvey. A different persona.

if he was burned, I would think that maybe there would be some smoke damage just from breathing

wow and here I would have thought people would have liked Harveys voice. Ah SHH you haven't let me down.

I loved the voice I don't want everyone to alter their voice because all the charcters will start to sound too similar.

I'm not sure the different voice would have to be due to some physical damage. It would be similar to what Bruce does with his voice when he's Batman. And like someone above just mentioned...I think he's answering the cop as Harvey..not Two-face.

Personally...I don't have any potential dislikes. Everything I've seen so far has me really excited about the movie! I'm not worried about all the different inflections of peoples voices or the changing speeds of what they are saying. I think what we hear in the trailers will be the closest to what the movie has. In the commercials we hear different takes probably because they fit the timing for the commercial.

I'm really excited about Heath's joker. I was very skeptical at first when I heard he was cast for this roll. But after the first pictures and clips came out...that was immediately changed. I think Heath's joker is going to be closer to the Joker we've seen in the comic books. I always get the feeling that the Joker wants to show that if someone is pushed to the limits of sanity..they can snap like he did. And I think he's always viewed himself as similar to the Batman. This Joker will follow that theme and I can't wait to see that on the big screen. Nicholson's Joker was great...but honestly..it seemed like a more mature version of Cesar Romero's Joker.

I'm also excited to see Two-face on screen the way he should be. TLJ's portrayal of Two-Face was...well..I think "LOLZ" describes it best. He's one of my favorites...and I'd like to see him done the way he's portrayed in the books...

Everything that's been rumored or confirmed has been very positive and I think we are all going to be left wondering why 2.5 hrs seemed so flippin quick...

As far as i'm concerned this IS the movie of the summer...no question.
