Finally decided to re-watch the series. I just realised watching Season 1, that Locke is the good version of himself in Season 1, & the bad version of himself in Season 6.

The whole having good & bad inside of you, & having to keep it in balance.

Though, I do like that there was the same moral ambiguity about MIB in S6 as there was with Locke in S1.

Yes, there are a lot of (appropriate) parallels between S1 and S6. Actually, all the seasons are paralleled like that, with season two being very similar to season five and so on.
