Mystery/Thriller LOST - But Not Forgotten...Except by the Emmys - Part 1

Heard about the feud on Kevin Pollacks Chat Show podcast. He did an interview with Lindelof. Lindelof mentioned that it did hurt him to hear that from a person he admired.

That interview was phenomenal. 2 hours and 48 minutes of Lindelof awesomeness.

I still need to watch that.

I severely miss those pod casts him and Carlton did. To me, that was a huge part of the LOST experience.

Damon is a very quick & funny dude. Something that is rare from a person behind the camera.

His Larry King Game was brilliant.

Haha, it was pretty great.

I loved hearing his Lost story.

And I can't ****ing wait for Prometheus.

I'm intrigued about 1952.

I've been thinking about Lost a lot recently, and how hard it fell off. Man what a convoluted mess it became.

It makes me sad how into it I once was, because I try and watch it again and I don't feel it.

I'm glad to see that Jack Bender is now involved with Alcatraz.

I am about to finish watching Lost again, and this show never gets old. I have lost track of the number of times I have watched this show, but I just never get sick of it.

Anyone want this?

I figured I have seen Lost:

Season 1 - 7 times
Season 2 - 7 times
Season 3 - 6 times
season 4 - 5 times
season 5 - 4 times
season 6 - 3 times

And I can not wait until I rewatch the whole series again next year.

Me too. A science fiction project that could turn into a franchise? I'm just dying to know what it could be about. Especially someone with Lindelof attached with such an intriguing title.

And he said it's a year away from announcing any plot. :csad:

Wow there are people who re-watch LOST??? I nearly couldn't make it the first time!

But I DID finally finish it with encouragement from some of you people! :)

I'm being serious... I was the one in the previous thread who gave up at season 3.. and then some of you people managed to convince me to continue watching and in the end I watched all the way.

I like the show but I cannot imagine rewatching it. For one, the mystery is gone...

First time Lost convert here! I decided to check it out on Netflix, that was just over a week ago. I'm already up to season 5! It's crazy the first 3 seasons were unreal I was addicted, I've watched a minimum of 9 episodes a day since starting.

I'm so nervous about how the last 2 seasons are going to play out, cause I see alot of dissatisfaction going around. I don't mind the convoluted storylines of time travel, alternate realities, etc... in fact that's why I started watching cause I wanted to see how this show handles the concepts (I'm a devoted fan of J.J.'s other show Fringe). I wonder if it's because of the drastically reduced season lengths that hurt the show the most. To start with 25 episodes in season 1, then drop down to like 15, that's really going to hurt the story pacing

I think the 15-16 episode count in seasons 4-6 is much better than 25 episodes of season 1-3. It makes the story tighter and we don't have frivolous episodes like Jack's tattoos (which I liked by the way) or Nikki and Paulo's backstory.
