The one that started the I keep dossiers thing didn't listen to me repeating the difference between warning and infraction for the last few years.

Under the bar telling you which threads you are subscribed to. There is also a button in profile placed between 'Friends' and 'Contact Info'.

I have had 3 infractions. Two i cannot remember getting and one for calling reek stupid. But in my defense he was mocking famke janssen and sia and we do not tolerate that sort of slander here

From list that appears, click on View public Profile.

Above the box for sending a visitor message you will see 6 things listed (visitor message, about me, statistics, friends, infractions, contact info).

Click on infractions.

If you have an infraction or warning it will appear.

I have a couple. Definitely deserved the second one. I am still unsure what I got the first one for. If I remember correctly, all I did was write a joke title for a 50 Shades Hobbit movie. And it wasn't even anything vulgar. It was as obvious as you think. Which considering we ended up with a 50 Shades thread eventually feels extremely unfair.

Though considering who gave it to me, it kind of makes sense now.

Do you have to have an infractions tab in the first place? Is that how one would know?

I believe so. As an admin I can see things that the regular user doesn't. So you may not be able to see it...or the tab doesn't appear for you until you get an infraction.

I also got in trouble for that 50 shades of Hobbit stuff. Pretty sure a handful of people got slapped for that colorful discussion.
