Very heavy rain and wind here too, so definitely not expecting many trick-or-treators. It should be a crime to have this kind of weather on Halloween.

I live in an apartment building, so I just put a bowl of candy outside my door. As long as no one steals the bowl or the table it's sitting on, what happens to the candy is none of my concern.

If one kid takes all the candy, that's a bold move and I respect it.
