Took all damn night but I got my disk image made on my new 2 TB hard drive. Going to swap it out here soon and then get productive. Need to clean up my room and get my decks set up. Today shall be a super productive day!

This was one of the last forums that had good traffic after social media made internet forums a fossil. I guess not even this site will thrive like before.

Goddamn it. Thought I could be slick and just make the disk image on my new hard drive but that doesn't work even with the boot thumb drive. So had to reformat that drive and wipe it. Now I have to make another disk image on my external and then restore it from that image to the new drive. Guess I'll take a nap since I don't have crap to do now that my laptop is tied up.

Disk image is only halfway done. I'm bored out of my mind. Gonna walk to the store and grab something for dinner. Then I'll clean up this room finally. Hopefully it will be done around then and I can get it transfered to the new hard drive.

Speaking of fun....just watched ZONE TROOPERS....hadn't seen it since around 1986 on VHS tape, it was just on the COMET channel.....fun crazy hoot of a movie. For those that have no idea what it is.....it's WWII Italy, a small band of American soldiers, Tim Thomerson (TRANCERS, UNCOMMON VALOR), Art LaFleur (COBRA), Timothy Van Patten (THE WHITE SHADOW), and Biff Manard (THE FLASH) are trapped behind enemy lines.....when they find a downed ALIEN SPACECRAFT and have to save it's pilot who has been captured by Nazis.....so, we have WWII, Nazis, and aliens.....let the fun begin.

There's a hilarious scene with Hitler.....[BLACKOUT]Art LaFleur and Biff Manard have been captured and are being interrogated by the Nazis on where the alien is, LaFleur gets knocked out, and while unconscious Hitler comes in to check up on things....LaFleur comes out of it and instinctively punches the closest Nazi to him....who happens to be Hitler.....looking at what he has done, he says "Do my eyes deceive me or did I just punch out Hitler?" Manard says "Yeah, but we probably want live to tell any one." LaFleur gets the biggest smile on his face and says "It was worth it." and they both just laugh at the astonished Nazis surrounding them.[/BLACKOUT]
