The dialogue's a bit ****, they drop too many references to the "Incident" (Netflixian for the Battle of New York (Whedonian for the fight between the Avengers and those alien soldiers who fell down at the end)), the tone's a bit messed up (a bit like Gotham). The acting's fine. It's just all a bit meh. I'm not really enjoying it. I'll probably be glad when I've finished it.

That event was the only big thing related to the Avengers to happen so far in New York. But I think it's weird how there aren't a lot of characters that reference the end of the Incredible Hulk. Because the Hulk and Abomination did fight each other in Harlem.

Bruce made two references to The Incredible Hulk in The Avengers. He told Tony "Last time I was in New York I kind of broke Harlem", and later in the movie Bruce says that he tried to commit suicide and a deleted scene from the Incredible Hulk showed him attempting suicide but not exactly how Bruce described it.
