I don't think anyone in real life would ever suspect if their co-worker at a newsroom was really an alien from another planet donning an outfit saving the city time to time, regardless of how he acts or looks like.

But that's just me.

You're right, even if they looked EXACTLY the same, no one would suspect it :cwink: :woot:.

Same here.

Awesome

 Yes, very believable and realistic. I've known people just like his Clark in real life. You know, the shy guy that noone notices or pays attention to. And his Superman was also great, majestic, and bigger than life. I especially love his deep voice, very commanding yet reassuring.

I thought he was great as Clark, Superman, and Kal-El, he did a spot on job for me, i just hope if a sequel gets made he gets to do more with the character on the whole.

:She also said, "where did you go, did you meet somebody?" And Jimmy said to Bo on Clark, "he saw the Lamas". I think we got the idea, and that was good enough for me. I hate the spoonfeeding

Personally i though that sufficient also, but i can see why other people wouldnt.

I think S.R. was fine for what it was. Would I want another similar to it? No.
It's time to either amp it up, or move out of the way for someone who can.

I agree. Let Singer make MoS his vision this time than another homage. And of course, amp up the action & show Supes throwing a lot of punch.

a few weeks I found in the internet a page at random on a sequel to the superman returns. The background of the page is blue and the news according to the respective months divided. Here you can learn a lot of focus (for example interview with Brandon routh) on Man of Steel. It is very clear and seems to be almost officiell. Do you know this happens? If so, could they tell me the title of the page?

Is not official but it looks as though it is and I have to say I wish it was.

Fanmade. It's kool though.

i was watching superman returns last night on hbo and i remembered how much i enjoyed it. yes i admit it could of had a better villian and less lovey dovey stuff but overall it was a very good movie. i vote no for a reboot, we need a sequel. :supes:

Wow!! That is awesome. You ought to do more like this. :)

I wish :oldrazz:. Nah I got lucky with this manip. Thing's fell into place nicely. I think ones liek this will be very few & far between. Appreciate the comment though, took me hours :woot:

When's the expected release date for Superman 2?

2018 the way it's going now, heh.

He'll have to. Unless he uses Zod, Gus Gorman's Computer or dare I say it...Nuclear Man, he's going to have to tread on fresh ground. I looked at SR as a restart/homage to an old film. He's introduced his cast and given you a clue as to where/who they are and this time out he doesn't have to do that.

Even in a film that doesn't contain an "origin" per se like Batman '89, they still have to paint you a picture of who the characters are. The sequels aren't bogged down by that so much because you know who everyone is...now you just get to see their responses to new challenges/situations etc. and work to deepen the characters you've already introduced.

Grrr.................................I, for one, would love to see a modern interpretation of Nuclear Man.

Understandable. I still spend hours (and have typed numerous outlines) for a reconstructive effort ala Lucasfilm to fix the mess that is Superman IV. Nuclear Man is still the villain who put the biggest hurt on Superman. Too bad his mental acuity is more Non than General Zod.

That's a good point actually - We all want is to see Supes having to face a viable phsyical threat on screen.

Sadly, facing NM in IV is the most we've seen Supes tested on celluloid so far.

That definately needs to be addressed.

Agreed, if a sequel gets made, it will possibly be my most anticipated movie in a long time, I think Singer could give us something really special, and I hope he gets the chance to make it, though that hope dwindles everyday :csad:.

Awesome shot, he looks greatas The Man Of Steel there.

From the Daily Record in Scotland:
"A decade later, and with more than 40 films under his belt, Vinnie [Jones is] still playing football with a revolving celebrity team, which includes actors such as Jason Statham, Ray Winstone and Superman star Brandon Routh, as well as ex-Rangers captain Richard Gough."

I saw this and found it interesting. That is a tough crowd to be playing football/soccer with.

well here is some brandon news
