If I had to guess, I would think that they would avoid the whole "kneel before zod" stuff because of the fact that it is associated with the Donnerverse. And IMO it doesn't seem really seem like the best marketing. However I could be wrong

I understand Donner directed the first movie and part of the second but those movies are more Christopher Reeve's than Donner's...just sayin

yes, mostly likely during comic con. Actually, it's more smarter to release the Supes suit way before comic con. Let it marinate in the fans, and then they go to comic con.

Regardless how well the suit could be, i know for a fact that i will nitpicking the hell out of the suit

this reboot isn't going to eliminate everything from the donner movies. it would confuse people too much. that's the superman we know, we do not need a total change here.

I think it'd be pretty sweet if the first pictures of Superman came via a Daily Planet website.

Maybe teaser images of him all blurry and flying around that lead up to a grand final reveal.

Yes, the similarities will be a superpowered humanoid alien in a blue and red suit, the characters and the canon stuff. Everything else...? Donner-who?
