Alright guys, was wondering if you could help me figure this out.

So Disney bought Marvel for 4 Billion in an LLC deal. Marvel still gets to do their own thing, but is under Disney. I know that the comics are intact, and certain movie liscenses are still held under contract to different studios until they run out.

Did Disney end up getting all the rights back for Marvel Animation stuff? We couldn't see DareDevil's nemesis Kingpin in Spectacular Spider-Man because of the issue, can we get these crossovers now?

- Marvel regained the television rights to Spider-Man from Sony shortly after the Disney/Marvel deal was announced.

- Marvel Animation had the rights to the Avengers, X-Men, Super Hero Squad, etc. Disney now has all of these rights.

So yes, Marvel can now have Spider-Man fight the Kingpin in the new Spider-Man cartoon. And Spider-Man can appear in Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Wolverine and the X-Men, and the Super Hero Squad Show if they choose to do so.
