If we don't get a Spider-Man reveal on Super Bowl Sunday I'm changing my avatar to the Green Lantern costume.![]()
Exactly what I feel about this too.
I don't know what the big deal is ... Even more, there is a deal about Holland's hair if it's accurate or not? LOL
...And Spider-Man!They will most likely show Ant-Man and Baron Zemo.
Why? If he's to be revealed anywhere, SuperBowl makes the most sense BY far.Anyone hoping for Spider-man is setting themselves up for disappointment.

Frankly I'll be shocked if they do. I think a Spider-man reveal is a bit further down the line. They have a lot to sell this movie on and a lot of characters to get to before Spider-man.
Black Panther is the only character I can think of. And Spidey is an instant sell/hype igniter, literally all they have to do is flash him in the spot and people will lose their ****. But i'm personally hoping that we hear some dialogue and get a money shot at the end with Cap, IM and Spidey.Frankly I'll be shocked if they do. SuperBowl is the BEST place to show him.
But he is a key part of the movie...Id like to be wrong but given that this is only the second bit of official footage we'll see, and how much they've kept under wraps so far, I think showing Spider-man this early would be too much too soon. Spider-man isn't a key part of the movie so to advertise him as the money shot for the super bowl spot seems wrong headed, especially when you consider that we've really not seen much at all of a movie that is packed to the brim with other characters.
Again, I wouldn't mind being wrong at all. I'm not trying to piss in anyone's cornflakes. I just personally don't expect it to happen.
But he is a key part of the movie...
Exactly, the Russos said if they didn't put the deal together they'd have to blow up the entire movie.
Confirmation that he has an important role:Since when? Am I missing something?

Confirmation that he has a character arc:

Confirmation that he was always intended to be in it and that the story would have been drastically different without him:

Np. And fingers crossed. Thanks for the links, I didn't know this
I still have my doubts about him appearing the Super Bowl spot though
Again, I would love to be wrong. But we'll know next week.
