Dante is so badass, they had to put him on the roster twice.

It makes the heart warm to see them higher than Gambit and Cable at least as those two are awful characters where as Fist, Strange, Hawkeye, and She Hulk are amazing characters.

I find your lack of faith in Gambit disturbing!

Hope was the best thing to happen to him in recent times. She did wonders for his character and allowed for some great characterization and development, which he had never seen before. He's far from awful

Ghost Rider's not on the poll? Yeah, he'll definitely be in the top 10 then. I didn't realize his fanbase was still that big. I wish Marvel would do more with him again.

Also, I think Cap will rank higher than Hulk & Thor.

Same. That poll is exactly the reason why I don't mind Marvel meddling, if they actually meddle.

Capcom seems to rather use as many totally new characters (as in not used in any previous MvC game) as possible. So I think neither Gambit nor Venom will make it as DLC. Seeing as how there aren't any new female characters in UMvC3, I think Ms. Marvel has a very high chance of getting a DLC spot. I also think Green Goblin has a slight chance out of those in that list.

ONCE AGAIN, Megaman X is up there. Not just that, but #1, and it isn't a close tie either.

Regarding the symbiotes, I think they could do Anti-Venom, who is also Eddie Brock, so they could do the classic Venom as an alternate skin. And since he can do weapons to some extent with his ''symbiote'', he could do some things Carnage does. There, problem 99% solved.
Heck, give him a Carnage skin, too.
