Marvel vs. Capcom 3

Well after almost an hour of playing online, some ranked, some player, and only winning ONE match I have deiced that I don't think I'm going to play this online anymore. It's a shame because I do like this game but seeing as I'm not that good online I don't see the point trying when I'm going to get my butt handed to me every single time and just get frustrated. I mean it's ridiculous how many people use Sentinel/Hulk/Dante/Deadpool and just spam the same moves over and over again so I can't even get a match started. I try to use a mix of different fighters but no one else seems to care so they spam the same teams. And the ones that do use different teams are just so good I get destroyed. Maybe in a few months I'll try online again but I honestly don't have it in me to care when I know I'll most likely lose.

Yeah, it seems most of the people that have high ranks have one or two of those guys on their team. Sentinel the one being abused the most. Makes me wonder if he's the main reason they managed to get that high.

And while we're at it, let's add Wolverine and Zero to that list. A lot of people constantly do that long Wolverine combo that takes a big chunk of your health.

What I find amusing is that some of the people who complain about this not having as many characters as MVC2, don't even bother playing with half the roster. They'll just use the same characters all the time. For instance I played around 10 matches against someone and everytime we changed characters I'd always pick different ones. He just used the same two groups of characters the whole time we played. I understand people will play who they want to play, but it's still pretty repetitive.

It's Seth, you should know how cheap he can be. It was almost impossible to be offensive because he mastered the art of "turtling" me into his cheap Seth moves

Seth is best when playing rush down to the point you fee like a training dummy...its takes a ton of skill ad a lot of game knowledge, I respect a good Seth. his zoning isn't very good in SSF4 and takes hard work

I'd like an announcement also, as so far I've really enjoyed the dlc they've given us.

I'm hoping that they announcement maybe a new costume pack and character pack, and maybe a new level or two.

I can't believe I'm actually liking Shuma. I downloaded him thinking I'd never use him and turns out he's pretty neat. Gross, but neat.

Shuma turned out hugely fun to play, didn't he. He's gross, but silly and just fun.

I even like the new Jill, she's just difficult to get used to as she's very much a technical character.

And yea, after the amount of levels in SSFIV, I was surprised at how few levels they put in this with so much to draw from. I would love to have a Xavier Institute level that takes place out on the front lawn.

Yea Jill was pretty neat too, i was happy with this DLC, but i want more. Yea im greedy like that.

That would make for a cool location to fight. I also wouldnt mind a Times Square level.

Yeah, they said there would be 10 levels. I was under the impression they meant regular stages. But they were counting the Danger Room and Boss stages. The former doesn't even show up in Arcade mode.

I would love some new levels as long as they aren't dark and have a bunch of crap going on in the background like the Shield Helicarrier.

Doom's Castle, Avengers Mansion, Savage Land, Dante's Bar, Leisure Park, and Movieland are stages I would like.

I'd like Utopia, Avengers or Stark Tower & Willamette Mall (the setting of DR1) as DLC.

Would you guys be okay with Guy from Street Fighter/Final Fight be a replacement for Strider, if Strider's legal issues can't be settled? Apparently Guy was going to get a Strider alternate costume in SSF4 originally, so they're not too different.

I have to make a correction about something earlier I posted earlier though, turns out Paul Dobson voices him and Michael T. Weiss actually voices Galactus instead. Damn IMDB lying to me!

Actually, Michael T. Weiss voices Dormammu, and Jonathan Adams is Galactus.

Seriously, are there any teams with MODOK out there? Even on Player Matches I couldn't find someone using him, and I still need the damn trophy.
