The one name that hasn't been mentioned in terms of who could die is falcon. He's beloved but kind of crap. His death would cause cap to put an end to the fighting and he hasn't been seen in any promo art or solicits post civil war. I think he's gonna be the one to die

Oh come on, they wouldnt kill TWO black people in one comic, especially one titled Civil War. WAY too on the nose
