I still say if we have homemade suit first to it be kickass or aou quicksilver style material and look. Then the real deal suit end up either something like captain america/black panther suits. Or the standard more Lyrica suits we seen spidey be and so forth.

As for the news of axel new business card. I doubt it's anythung for mcu look. He just likely user mix mashing of mcu and comics style suits for characters on his card. As spidey looks like pre all new look. And black widow is def not movies look.

I was never a huge fan of the silver webbing in Raimi's films, especially considering how poorly it translated to the video games:

With the webbing more spaced out, however, it could look quite nice, like in the image above.

TASM2's grey webbing was definitely an improvement though.

@Spiderral -- that hoodie has nothing to do with the MCU suit whatsoever and those lenses are from an TASM2 game promo image just heavily modified.

Again... No it's not, it's just as likely as any other lens shape at this point. TASM 2 lenses were very popular with the GA. Sony knows how people felt about the costume, what they liked and didn't like.

It was the image on the left I was pointing out, not the hoodie on the right. I'm still unsure about the messy webbing design choice for Spidey merch

I'm not sure if you saw the YT link I included below the image but it was a still from a trailer for a Marvel game called "Contest of Champions". The final suit design (and character build) in the game bears a very similar resemblance to the Shattered Dimensions suit but with simplified webbing.

And Feige already said it's "different from the other ones" and that he was more involved in the Raimi suit's design, so if anything, it makes more sense to reuse Raimi lenses because that version of Spidey was MORE successful with the GA and they also had a positive reaction to that costume -- As well as TASM1 costume because it actually made more than TASM2, so they could reuse those lenses as well, right? Point is, the General Audience don't give a **** about the costume.

Marvel will put their own stamp on the costume as well as the lenses. Not just reuse TASM2 lenses. You can quote this post come next month when the suit is revealed not to share any exclusive elements with TASM2. I can't ****ing wait.

spirral that bag was posted before a few days ago. again i do not expect the mcu suit to be anything like the merchiod itesms. Like i brought up before if this was to be the suit we more then likely would have had suit officially revealed before those items went online. As no way marvel and sony would want merch items to be first reveal and all that. In the end i so cant wait to see the suit when we do get to see it. I still expect at the least a photo of the suit before all the press screenings and those early international releases happen.

Oh no doubt. If we see Spidey you wont be able to get fans off the topic of the suit for a couple of weeks. Bu then BvS will be out and everyone will be comparing it to past Marvel films and how Civil War will do against it.

By then we'll probably get more frequent Spidey solo news. And if he is shown in the trailer we'll also get concept and promo art for Spidey. Then with all the stuff to talk about the time to CW will fly by like a breeze. Basically if we get Spidey tomorrow. Everything here will fall into place
