I find it odd that the mask in that comic doesn't have the webbing all the way around his head. Only on the face.

No thanks, I like how big the chest spider is. It gives it more flavor and personality, helps distinguish it from the comic design (since this logo is the closest we've gotten to the classic four up four down).


And I think the hoodie is an accurate depiction of how big it will be, case in point, the Cap hoodie:

Looks accurate as to how big the star is on the actual suit.

I personally love the web texture they used on the red sections. I don't really mind the lack of the arm stripes. Going by the hoodie wrists not being red, I am curious if we are gonna get those web cartridges over the gloves.
And I really like the Spidey emblem.

I'm curious as to how the movie textures/fabrics are gonna look though.

Apologies for the poop MS Paint concept, but imagining the web cartridges (the grey on the sleeves) going over the blue right beneath the red on the arms, along with the sleeves/cuffs being the gloves (hence why I turned 'em red):

It's just for the hoodie that size symbol. I have a Spider-Man hoodie of my own, the symbols about that size maybe a bit smaller. Infact I believe it's the same exact symbol too. I'll be back with a pic later. But my point is it's probably just that big for the hoodie design.

It's gone now, but if you googled "Merchoid Spider-Man hoodie", the picture showed up. However, the image led to a hidden link and the website just had a question mark. So, someone just googled the right thing and found it.

Ugh. I wish people would stop using this as a defence for when they think something doesn’t' look right. When does anything look better in motion? It's so nonsensical.

There's a difference between motion and live-action. Joe means it might look better fully realized, which is an understandable statement when we're talking about a hoodie.

Merchoid is revealing the hoodie, officially, on the 15th, so I'd assume that means the suit isn't far behind.

So if this hoodie is believed to be based on spideys movie suit, then my takeaways are it probably does have the messy webbing (which is a huge plus for me) and the arm stripe is likely gone. But the don't think the spider will look that way, in style or size. But only time will tell, hopefully we get a reveal this week. Even though I'm doubting it.
