I guess fans and WB are paying (in different ways) for making a movie that was designed not to be a crowd pleasing movie which showed two iconic heroes in non heroic light.

seriously? He wrote Let me in, War for the planet of apes, Felicity, the yards, the pallbearer, under the seige 2 and future shock.

This is in response to the claim that he is not a screenwriter.

and he does a fine job at earning critical praise for adaptation and remakes, which can't be said for the ring, the grudge, ben hur etc.

Mel Gibson's DCEU would have a ton of blood and gore. Mel loves blood so much you'd think he was a vampire.

I am aware of that.but it's possable to balance that.the justice league animated show kept batman true and handled other characters.

with warner track record question is can they balance being true to batman and then allowing others be right.others should be contrast to batman especily flash.

In my view BvS was slapping a Batman tone on every character except Lex, and he was so over the top and out of place.
