Max Payne

The film does have a decent cast though and I sincerely hope it can end the streak of bad VG based movies. Let's be honest here, the last decent video game film was Silent Hill.

I like Mark Wahlberg, Mila, and Beau. I find them all to be very talented and can give great performances with the right material before them. Fox ruined Hitman and I just want them to do Max Payne right. Hopefully it captures the old school classic noir that makes the Payne games so cool.

Hopefully they don't overdue the bullet time effects though. I also would like to see Wahlberg in full Max Payne outfit in order to judge the look fairly.

Yeah, I read on Wikipedia that they were trying to get Payne to a PG-13. That doesn't sound good to me. I don't know how reliable Wiki is, but I use it.

Wow. I'm kind of excited to seeing this. As far as the casting goes, I think it's great. Wahlberg seems a good fit for Max. Bridges is a good, accomplished actor who will be good for the overall production. O'Donnell is pretty good two and I'm intrested in seeing him as a villain, I'm not sure if he's ever played one. Kunis seems a bit off as Mona but, like everyone else has said, I'll give her a chance since the rest of the cast is above average.
