Who you got peeps?

He had a lot of help at the time, but to be able to nearly pull the gauntlet off of the hand of Thanos is highly impressive.

I'll imagine their fight will be like this one

SPIDER-MAN

Ronan. He demolished Drax and easily KO'd him. This being a guy who was fine after being dragged through dozens of trees at high speed. Spidey might be faster but sooner or later Ronan is going to tag him and then its game over.

I also think Ronan is CRIMINALLY underrated. He predicted and evaded every punch that Drax threw and threw him into buildings like it was nothing. It wasn't even close. And let's not forget his hammer.

I agree. And the mere fact that he was able to wield the Power Stone without dying is a testament to him being insanely durable. He was in less pain holding it in his hand than Mr. Half-Celestial Peter Quill was. The Collector said that only beings of extraordinary strength are capable of wielding Infinity Stones, showing that Ronan is indeed exceptional, and not the chump he's often made out to be. And besides, we know from AoS that even Kree who are clearly a lot weaker than Ronan are capable of going toe-to-toe with elite Asgardian warriors like Sif.

Overall, I think Peter's out of his depth here.

But didn't Captain America beat Ronan in hand to hand in this very thread? And regular Thor won in a landslide? I swear people have "what have you done for me lately" memories in this piece. :o

Cap beating him is nonsense. Base Thor should beat Base Ronan though IMO. Hanging with Hulk is more impressive than beating Drax and Mjolnir is a far more powerful (and durable) weapon than Ronan's Cosmi-Rod.

Ronan can't compete with this:

Ronan. I like to chalk some of his ease beating Drax to the fact that Drax was drunk, but it was way too complete off a beat down to write off completely. It'll take a while, and Spidey will annoy the crap out of Ronan, but eventually Ronan hits him- and once is all he needs

Cap has the advantage of an indestructible vibranium melee weapon, that's not a small benefit. As for Thor, that's not exactly relevant, since Thor is vastly out of Spider-man's league, too. There are *lots* of villains Thor can crush who would effortlessly kill Spider-man.

Anyway, Ronan vs Spider-man? I give it to Ronan most of the time. This is essentially Spider-man vs an opponent who is significantly more bricky than Peter, and I'm rather iffy on him being able to do much harm. If Peter Parker were like, Quicksilver fast? Sure. But he's not, and he doesn't have any useful damage multipliers like an indestructible shield or vibranium claws. He's faster than Ronan, but note that Ronan was skilled enough that Drax ( a skilled melee fighter himself ) couldn't touch him.

Basically, the vast majority of the time, it goes something like this: Spider-man ducks, dodges, and delivers a flurry of punches for quite a while, but he tires himself out faster than he injures Ronan. Ronan eventually lands an attack, which might not immediately end the fight but which sends Peter on a death spiral of injury and diminished capacity. Use of webbing doesn't really change this much, it just sets up some brief "Peter punches a webbed dude" moments which don't change the essential dynamic. The only way I see Peter getting any victories is *if* he can steal the Universal Weapon, *if* he can use it, and *if* it actually does enough damage to matter. Given how little we know about its functionality, that's pretty weak tea.

Ronan wins. Next up:

vs Colossus

Who you got peeps?

thinking of the old Streetfighter game....

ROUND 1
Colossus, claps his hands together real hard, vibrations obliterate Venom, game over.....

ROUND 2
Colossus heats himself up in a big fire, grabs Venom and sticks his hand down his throat, game over.

BONUS ROUND
Colossus hits Venom with a truck and shoves an electric Cable up his bum..... well you know.

Colossus vs Venom:

Colossus in a walk. I am highly doubtful Venom can even hurt Colossus. He's just not bricky enough, and agility only matters if you can actually do anything against your foe.

vs Professor Hulk

Who you got peeps?

Hulk. I know Hulk fans hate what the Russo's did with Professor Hulk, but the fact remains that withstanding wearing the full Infinity Gauntlet and snapping (which Tony said had continent-busting energy coursing through it) is infinitely more impressive than getting killed by having an electric cable jammed up your a**. Especially when you remember that they said that Thor (AKA the guy who withstood the full force of a neutron star) wouldn't have been able to survive it.

Professor Hulk vs Juggernaut:

Yeah, Hulk takes it. I would note that we have zero evidence that Professor Hulk is meaningfully weaker than 'normal' Hulk. His only relevant feat in the movie is "Is badly injured using the Infinity Gauntlet, but not only survives but continues fighting in the big battle", which doesn't really tell us anything since *Thanos* could be messed up by using the Infinity Gauntlet.

If you want to draw from the comics, Professor Hulk was just as strong as any other typical Hulk incarnation, a top grade class 100 brick. If you want to guestimate by size, Professor Hulk looked a little smaller than his size in the earlier movies, but not so much that the proportionate change would really make a huge difference. Either way, he should still easily be out of Juggernaut's league.

You guys just are under estimating the Juggernaut because of the ass joke thing but he is not to far out of the Hulk's league on film.

Assuming Prof Hulk is at least as strong and tough as Avengers/AoU/ Ragnarok Hulk, his feats are wayyyyyyyyyy more impressive than Juggy's. Prof should win this easily.

Comic book versions , different story.
