It's fine, I didn't mean to come off as aggressive. And yeah I don't have any friends really that's why this was kinda personal towards me I guess.

Every single person on this Earth craves the attention and acceptance of others. It's hardwired into our DNA over millions of years of evolution. Almost all animals in the wild rove in packs for a similar reason. Having a unit that is yours and has your back is the reason most species thrived on this planet. We live an amazing time where we have almost an obscene amount of outlets for people to get the approval they want in some form or another. All I can say is just be honest instead of trying to do or say what you think people want to hear. If you do that you will attract the kind of people you need in your life. If someone doesn't like you, f*** em'. There's 7 billion other people on this planet. Don't waste your time with people who don't enjoy you for you

I like to live by this
"I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not"

SS, it's important to note though that nothing happens in a vacuum. It's very hard, nigh, impossible perhaps, to tease out ONE thing in human existence/experience and say it is a thing unto itself that neither is impacted by nor impacts other things. So... You can think of yourself as a total Randian styled hero, independent of all things and individuals and a power unto yourself that never takes into account the opinions of others or is never impacted by how you feel you come off to others... But by my sights that would be LYING to yourself. A fair question is... Do you consider yourself a moral person? Now again, the uber-Libertarians types and Randians will say, "My own personal morality is not compromised by the esteem of other indivuals, ect." but again, I would call bovine excrement. Such things WILL impact your sense of self and play into your sense of morality. It's likely that your morality like a lot of other people is a mix both of your own views of morals as an end unto themselves AND also takes into account how others view you as well. A binary view of things is fine for computers, a sense of purity in all things is ok for DEAD things, but all living things that grow and change by their nature are not simply one thing or the other.

As always though... I expect you to ignore all this. :cwink:

Think about it...

I have never seen the appeal of the Lego universe games, though given the number of them out, they're clearly doing something right.

Never knew pugs were so big on swords and sorcery.

I confess I have never seen the appeal of the Lego universe games, though given the number of them out, they're clearly doing something right.

wrong goddamn thread!

Was a great deal at this years steam summer sale on LEGO games, got me Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, Lego Marvel Superheroes, The LEGO Movie Game etc. all for £2.50 each.

Steam is one of the reasons i like gaming on a PC, although nothing beats out exclusives on a console.

So, is Lego Dimensions worth the purchase?? Does anyone own it or played it?
I still need to try it.
Hope it's not as disappointing as the LEGO movie game, with limited flight space and speed.

It's not a shared universe.
They are fun stress relieving puzzle containing games, fun for children of all ages, underage and adults.

There are expansion packs that feature have The Wizard Of Oz, Back To The Future, The Simpsons, & Doctor Who, among others.

The only thing I don't like about the starter pack is the steep price. $99.00 + tax. Ouch on the wallet!!!
