Looks like the same area where they brought everyone back at the very end, and those vehicles have the Apex Cybernetics logo on them. So, next season is going to pick up directly where last season left off, and maybe Apex are going to play an even bigger role? Considering the Kong tease in the season finale, makes sense that everything that entails would follow suit.

Really hope the creators of this show watched Shogun and took notes for Anna Sawai’s character in this. As much as I really like this show, the writing for her and her brother was definitely not up to par and it brought the show down at times, and its a shame because we know that she can really give a powerhouse performance if given the right material. Crossing my fingers they fixed that with this season.

Its not the Godzilla show. Its the Monsterverse show. Godzilla was a focus in season 1, season 2 is Kong. Also, Legendary is not going to shell out money to license a Toho monster just for this show, nor is Toho going to allow a crossover with anyone other than Kong.

Looks good. Be nice to see a bit of the post KOTM era.
