More cut scenes from B89?

[Ruined Angel]

In both Craig Shaw Gardener's movie novelization and the shooting script, there are a few scenes that never made the final cut. One is a scene of the Joker in a van with Vicki Vale and another is of a wounded Knox being found with a hood covering his face on the steps of the cathedral. When the hood's pulled off Knox asks "Can I make the late edition?" I'm wondering if anyone knows if either scene was ever filmed at all?

I thought this in the past and still think it's delete scene also there part where Batman finds a little girl saying "is it halloween yet?" something like that.

 

[Bat Attack]

There is a Joker van in the background of the Batmobile chase right after the whole museum scene, so they did make a Joker van. There is also a knife fight between Bob and Batman in the alley way that got cut out.
